As an Hanaro leader, you will work directly alongside NGOs and charities too address current social issues in your community. You will play an active role in planning and running advocacy campaigns, building partnerships, and championing a cause that genuinely matters to you. What you'll be doing
You will collaborate with peers to lead and complete a capstone project, supported by industry experts, with structured guiding workshops and project milestones built into the planning process.
45-hour capstone project
Time commitment: 15 x 3 hr sessions

Foundation & Design
Build the foundations of your project, define your cause, and connect with partners. Set clear goals, roles, and a roadmap for the months ahead.
Development & Project Execution
Lead your campaign or initiative in real time, manage stakeholders, and adapt as you go. Turn plans into measurable community impact.
Closing & Presentation
Finalise your deliverables, present your outcomes, and reflect on your growth. Receive your PEN-Worldwide credentials and update your portfolio.
Format
A mix of self-paced course and 3-hour practical training sessions online on Saturdays between 4 pm and 8 pm KST.

Eligibility
This is for you if...
